You are in control of your body and your health. We encourage you to sign up with us to walk the Cooper River Bridge on Saturday mornings. It is fun, exciting and a chance to meet new people while taking care of your health. These weekly walks will get you in shape for the Youth and Adult Healthy Lifestyle Jamboree 5K. 

Exercise most days of the week for 30 -60 minutes. Please download the Activity sheet and keep track of your physical activity.
